Beth Mowry is an undergraduate student in the Dayer Human Dimensions Lab. She is in her senior year at Virginia Tech and is a double major in Environmental Conservation and Geography. Through the lab, Beth is completing a research project on accessibility in outreach materials, as well as working with the Atlantic Flyway Shorebird Initiative on their resource database. Her passion for making the outdoors accessible stems from her dad’s love of nature and her mom’s experience with multiple sclerosis.
